All villas are located next to the water and have a (common) fishing platform. All villas are equipped with television, Live football channel, Film 1 and 2, combi microwave, garden furniture and warm air heating. Free WiFi is available in the villas. There is parking for one car at the villa. You can park a second car or trailer in the central parking lot.

Ground floor: hall with stairs. Spacious, bright living room with flat screen and built-in kitchen with dishwasher and combi microwave. Luxury bathroom with bath or shower and toilet. The house has a traditional or infrared sauna.

Floor: four bedrooms with two single beds each.

Some villas have a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor and three bedrooms with two single beds on the first floor. Additional sanitary facilities on the first floor are located in the master bedroom.
